Intelligence Analyst 1 (Top Secret)
Summary
The Intelligence Analyst I will perform research, administrative, and analytical functions to support government contracts, requiring the ability to navigate classified and open-source databases. The role demands high attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures while maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)
- Candidates will have a bachelor's degree or three (3) or more years of hands–on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions
- Top Secret Clearance is required
- Must demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate ability, tenacity, and patience to follow detailed procedures in a repetitive process.
- Shall always display a professional demeanor, regardless of the circumstance.
- Must demonstrate oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
- Must have the ability to not share work information with others outside assigned EVC Unit and its partners during and after employment.
- Shall demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.
- Must have proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office
- Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome; navigate multiple browser windows, and copy/paste to and from different applications.
- Must be able to evaluate incoming reports and information.
- Must be able to identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative or operational intelligence community initiatives.
- Must be able to access information from classified and open-source databases.
- Must be able to access, analyze and interpret as well as perform research on designated systems and databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the requestor, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) specified by the EVC SOP.
- Must be able to evaluate information using good judgment and decision making.
