Intelligence Analyst II

Summary

Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Program Manager (PM), the Intelligence Analyst will support the strategic analytical needs of the client. The analyst will produce customized intelligence products addressing client-specific requirements for the Global Safety and Security team. The analyst will actively monitor open-source intelligence, third-party subscription services, and other sources for issues that are likely to affect business operations and personnel.

The analyst will be located at the client’s office in Atlanta, GA, and will be required to be in-person at the office five days a week.

What You Will Do

In coordination with Crisis24 EIS Manager, and in accordance with appropriate guidance:

Produce ad-hoc and bespoke intelligence briefs and reporting tailored to client-specific needs, including daily intelligence briefs, weekly monitoring, and monthly reports.
Produce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysis.
Assist in production of specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies.
Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs
Track and respond to travel plans to high-risk destinations
Escalate actionable intelligence and impact information to appropriate client stakeholders
Work with client’s security team members effectively and efficiently
Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols
Manage client expectations and proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data
Suggest to EIS Manager potential improvements to the program
Be consistently engaged on a daily basis with teammates
Other duties as assigned within scope of the dedicated client program

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

2-4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, open-source investigations, threat assessment, incident response, security operations, supply chain management, or a related field required

Experience conducting comprehensive open-source investigations

Evaluate the credibility and severity of identified threats to the client

Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and subject matter experts, as well as client contacts

Foreign language and travel experience preferred
