Summary
Analyzes military and intelligence data to support modernization programs and multi-domain operations for government clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Education
- Master's Degree (MA/MS) with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of program and project management experience; OR
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of twenty (20) years of program and project management experience.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more intelligence disciplines, including:
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
- Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
- Counterintelligence (CI)
- Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
- All-Source Intelligence Analysis
- Collection Management
- Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) initiatives or organizational Data Literacy programs.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading or advising intelligence modernization and innovation programs.
- Experience defining program objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with government, industry, military, and intelligence community leadership.
