Position Summary

We are looking for an interactiondesigner with experience inWindows, Web,andMobileplatforms.
Responsibilities
Transform complex problems into elegant experiences
Measure usage states and optimize UI and navigation ofDesktop, Web,and mobile applications
Own and maintainadesign system
Conduct testing of sample applications toassess user experience and ease of design
Createsketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes,scenarios,and storyboards
Create surveys forquantitativeresearch to gatherand distillfeedback
Participate inqualitative research,observational studies, usability testing, and customer research, remote and on-site
Collaboratewith development teams to ensure thatUX research informs the design
Advocate for the user throughout theproduct developmentlifecycle
Stay abreast of current design methodologies,practices,and trends
Communicate effectivelyconceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales
Qualifications
Minimum3+years of experience ininteractiondesign,with a strong design portfolio
Demonstrated grasp of usability heuristics
Ability to write simple, clear, and concise microcopy
Excellentvisualdesign skills and experience withleading design toolssuch asFigmaand Adobe Creative Cloud
Proficiency withinterface design, prototype, interactiondesign,wireframe,and sketching tools
Experience inrapiddesignwith tools like v0,Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, andReplit
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies- HTML 5, CSS3,and bootstrap
A conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) certification a plus
Required Education and/or Experience
Degree in design or a design-related discipline, includingindustrial design, user-centered design, visual design,graphic design,design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology,anthropology, ethnography,neuroscience,human-computer interaction, etc.
