Responsibilities
Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to:
- Minimum monthly premium written
- Average premium value
- Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Facility quality target
- Cancellation ratio
- Productivity
- FDC (First day close)
- Objection handling
- Matric
- FAIS Regulatory Exam
- Recognized Qualification depending on previous advice- giving roles
