Interchange Manager

Job Description:

• Manage of one of our 16 bus interchanges and a total staff strength of about 300 to 400 Bus Captains to provide quality bus service.
• Implement policies, monitor and maintain key performance indicators and manage staff and customers for effective and efficient bus operations

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 5-10 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years should be relevant to operational work
• Result-oriented and able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy managing people and able to interact well with staff of all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
