Ritchies is seeking a professional and customer-focused InterCity Coach Driver to join our Rotorua team. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting new people and delivering exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while enjoying a great work-life balance.

Based in Rotorua, you'll be operating a modern 49-seat coach on a scheduled InterCity service, travelling:

Rotorua → Hamilton → Auckland → Return

This role operates on a highly sought-after 4 days on / 4 days off roster, providing plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operating a 49-seat coach on scheduled InterCity services
• Providing outstanding customer service to passengers
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of passenger luggage
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment onboard
• Conducting daily vehicle safety checks
• Ensuring passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on time

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A current Class 4 Licence
• A valid P Endorsement
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• The ability to assist with passenger luggage when required
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Hours of Work

• Approximately 12-13 hours per shift
• 4 days on / 4 days off roster
• Based from Rotorua
