INTERDISCIPLINARY

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for implementation of the government QA Program, review of quality control plans & assessments of contractor performance.

Reviews quality control plans and procedures and assessments of contractor performance through regular field surveillance and daily documentation procedures.

Assures that requirements developed in 3-phase inspections comply with contract documents and are incorporated into the work and takes necessary steps to resolve deficiencies

Prepares QA report for each day site is visited.

Reviews design submittals, performing review and coordinating with customers.

Assists in preparation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and changes to the PMP baseline scope, schedule and budget.

Obtains timely and cost effective projects through proper contract administration in accordance with contract requirements and Resident Office policies and procedures.
