INTERDISCPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER/ ENGINEER

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will accomplish the development and maintenance of the Master Planning Program and other comprehensive planning studies used as the basis for installation planning, land use development, and installation investment planning decisions.

You will collaborate with local, regional, headquarters level federal agencies, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure compatibility between on and off installation development and land use activities.

You will collaborate closely with and acts as Real Property Accountability Officer to maintain accurate real property inventory records, and manage assets to eliminate facility surpluses and deficits utilizing iNFADS, DD1354s, etc.

You will at as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) when planning studies are in contract and managed locally.

You will lead, collaborate/conduct asset evaluations on regular intervals and assess installation physical facility assets and validate key information on real property assets.
