We are looking for an experienced Interim Engineering Manager to support the organization during the recruitment for a permanent position.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience leading engineering teams
Has a strong technical background and a deep understanding of modern software development
Brings an AI-first mindset and experience using AI in engineering
Can quickly step in, create structure, and support both the team and individual engineers
Has worked in startup/scale-up companies and is accustomed to fast-paced environments
Has 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager or in similar roles
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm, onsite 1–2 days per week
Duration: Until a permanent Engineering Manager has been recruited
