• Ensure products and manufacturing processes are ready for successful and sustainable production launches

• Identify risks early and implement preventive quality measures before issues reach production

• Lead quality planning activities across development, industrialization, and operational projects

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product and process performance

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and quality teams to deliver reliable results

• Support the establishment of best practices and a culture of quality across the organization

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Hands-on experience in quality planning within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of product launches, process validation, and quality risk management

• Resilient, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset

• Experience working closely with engineering, production, and supplier teams

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
