Interim Trainer, BDU5 Learning Team

The Sort Center Interim Trainer will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding. The overall objective of this role is to support high volume on-boarding and training. The Seasonal Trainer will achieve this objective by: - Executing all standard Interim Trainer tasks as outlined on Seasonal Trainer Standard Work Checklist - Effectively executing network standard training plans - Training ambassadors to deliver network standard training - Auditing ambassador training delivery - Providing ongoing support to the ambassadors - Directly coaching associates to improve job performance will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding.
