Are you deeply passionate about interior design, homes, andrenovation, but feel held back because you do not have a formal designbackground or technical drawing skills?

We believe that great talent can be nurtured from the groundup. Our boutique interior design firm is launching a structured 1-Year Earn& Learn Traineeship. You will work directly alongside senior designers,gaining hands-on exposure to both office administration and construction sitecoordination.

This position is designed for career switchers, fresh grads,or anyone with zero prior knowledge who has a high level of organization and astrong desire to learn the trade.

Progressive Salary & Career Milestones:

Your starting salary scales directly with the real-worldskills you pick up on the job:

  • Months 1 to 4: S$850 / month (Focus: Materials, Admin, Site Observation)
  • Months 5 to 8: S$1,200 / month (Focus: Subcontractor Coordination & Site Reporting)
  • Months 9 to 12: S$1,600 / month (Focus: Design Assistance & Space Planning)

Full CPF contributions and transport reimbursements forall site travel are provided from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Keep digital project folders, supplier invoices, and client schedules meticulously organized.
  • Material Management: Keep our studio’s material sample library updated and request laminate/tile samples from vendors.
  • Site Support: Visit active renovation sites across Singapore to document progress through photos and logs.
  • Communication: Coordinate delivery times and work schedules with our trusted pool of carpenters, tilers, and electricians.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed. Comprehensive on-the-job mentorship is fully provided.
  • Minimum O-Levels, N-Levels, ITE, or a Diploma in any non-related field.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and a strong memory.
  • Good verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with local subcontractors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites (which can be hot, dusty, or noisy).
