INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER CUM PROJECT MANAGER
Summary
Leads end-to-end interior design and project management for retail, exhibition, and commercial fit-out projects; core technologies include AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office.

- 5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm)
- Salary Range: Junior: $2600 to $3200 basic Senior $3500 to $6000

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design and project management for retail, exhibition, and commercial fit-out projects, from concept development through to project completion.
- Direct and mentor a team of designers, producing high-quality concept work through hand sketches and a range of digital and traditional media, while guiding junior team members on execution.
- Oversee the production and quality control of drawing packages across schematic design and detailed design stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver polished client presentations (primarily using PowerPoint), combining digital and traditional media to effectively communicate design concepts and project proposals.
- Lead client meetings independently or alongside the project leader, driving client presentations and design discussions with confidence.
- Conduct thorough research and sourcing of materials and products, ensuring all selections are fit for purpose and aligned with project budgets and timelines.
- Maintain strong, up-to-date market knowledge, including client industries and competitor landscapes, to provide informed design and strategic recommendations.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships on assigned projects, proactively identifying new project opportunities.
- Conduct independent site visits, promptly addressing on-site issues and ensuring design intent is properly executed.
- Manage site measurements, layout planning, and material selection to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for project communication, coordinating effectively across design teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Drive successful project delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met within scope and budget.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of materials and their practical applications to guide design decisions and problem-solving.
