Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Interior Design sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee the customer journey from initial consultation to project handover.
• Oversee lead management, client follow-ups, quotations, project costing, and sales pipelines.
• Coach designers on client engagement, sales strategies, and closing techniques.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and handovers.
• Resolve client escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
• Support showroom operations and roster duties as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design sales or a related field.
• Prior experience leading or managing a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated to grow a team and drive business performance.
