Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Interior Designer
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 615pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project scope, budget, timeline, and design requirements.
• Develop design concepts, layout plans, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed construction and scaled drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, project teams, and building management.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications and building requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver practical, high-quality design solutions.

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art & Design, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant interior design or architectural experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design, space planning, presentation, and client management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
