Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations and detailed construction drawings.
- Source and select furniture, materials, lighting and finishes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or O-Level qualification in Interior Design or a related field, with several years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating experience in residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
