Interior Designer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and functional needs
  
• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings
  
• Create detailed project proposals, including materials, furniture, and decor selections
  
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, including coordination with contractors and vendors
  
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion
  
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, innovations, and materials
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential interior design
  
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Knowledge of construction and building codes
