Interior Designer / Drafter
Summary
Creates 3D renderings, space plans, and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects, coordinating from tender to construction using design software like 3D Max and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of 3D renderings in your own direction, space planning, and projection drawing
- Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the team and customer;
- Full involvement from tender stage to construction stage.
- Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production
- Good client management skills
- Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching
- Furniture and materials awareness
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry
- Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects
- Proficient in 3D Max, Auto-cad, and/or other design software application
- Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred as our carpenters are mandarin speaking)
