Summary
Designs residential interiors, creates 3D models in SketchUp, and produces construction drawings while collaborating with clients and contractors.
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer for private residential developments, with experience working alongside property developers.
General Duties
- Strong design-driven mindset with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life
- Resolve technical issues while maintaining the project's design intent
- Develop creative design ideas, space planning, and design development
- Produce SketchUp 3D models and construction drawings
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
(Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
