Job Description

  • Prepare and develop 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed shop drawings.
  • Produce layout plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and construction drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
  • Select and propose suitable materials, finishes, colours, and furniture.
  • Ensure designs comply with project requirements, building regulations, and mall guidelines.
  • Attend site visits, site measurements, and project meetings when required.
  • Revise drawings and designs based on client and project requirements.
  • Support the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or fit-out projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in retail, commercial, or F&B fit-out projects will be an advantage.
