Summary
Assists the team leader with concept proposals, design development, and tender detailing using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit, while coordinating with the project team and managing junior staff.
Job Description
- Assisting team leader in his/her duties;
- Concept proposal, using sketch up, 3d rendering or traditional drawings methods;
- Design development;
- Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing;
- Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept;
- Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports;
- Motivating
Job Requirements
- A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design
- Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit and Powerpoint
- Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
