Interior Designer
Summary
The Interior Designer manages the full sales cycle for design services, including client consultations, product selection, and coordinating project execution with internal teams and sub-contractors. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with suppliers.
· Sales duties at showroom, inclusive of promoting interior design services
· Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner
· Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
· Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design
· Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams and sub-contractors
· Coordinate site progress with project manager. Responsible for the entire design process
· Apply latest industry trends and business acumen for growth of the company
· Work with design team to produce design works for clients
Requirements:
· Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
· Excellent customer service
· Knowledge in interior design
· Demonstrate positive attitude and responsibility
· Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience
