Job Summary

Design residential projects and manage project execution with a focus on delivering tailored interior solutions that reflect clients’ lifestyles and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with prospects to gather detailed design requirements and client preferences
• Develop innovative space planning and design concepts that align with client needs and lifestyle
• Prepare accurate quotations to support project costing and budgeting decisions
• Coordinate and oversee project execution by managing contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate passion and creativity in interior design to inspire innovative solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally to engage clients and team members
• Collaborate as a proactive team player to contribute to project goals
• Apply proficiency in Autocad and Sketchup to create and refine design plans
• Hold a minimum Diploma in a relevant field to support foundational knowledge
• Willingness to learn through training and mentorship programs
