- Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess project scope
- Recommend tailored renovation solutions and packages based on client needs
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to clients
- Follow up promptly on enquiries and leads to maintain engagement
- Convert leads into confirmed renovation projects through effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth handover after project confirmation
