Designs high-end residential interiors, creating mood boards, layouts, and documentation while managing projects and client expectations.
Job Description
- Work closely with the Creative Director
- Develop design narratives, mood boards, materials, and spatial layouts
- Deliver creative solutions aligned with Studio’s standards and aesthetics
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and project delivery
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Prepare design documentation and meet project milestones
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design
- Strong design with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage
- High level of accountability, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, andAdobe Creative Suite
