About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented interior designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and space planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into functional, visually appealing, and execution-ready designs for events, activations, exhibitions, retail spaces, and branded environments.

This role requires someone who can balance creativity with technical knowledge while ensuring designs are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop creative interior design concepts for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, booths, and brand activations.
  • Create detailed layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
  • Prepare shop drawings and execution details using AutoCAD and design software.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements that align with project concepts and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and ensure design quality standards are met.
  • Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback, project timelines, and operational needs.
  • Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and meet client expectations.

Work conditions

  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in events, exhibitions, retail design, or advertising production.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Experience with 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, and production methods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
