Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee home styling, staging, and renovation coordination activities from audit to final handover.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and site teams while ensuring timelines, quality checks, and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to create aesthetically appealing and customer-ready homes.
• Support furniture placement, dcor setup, space planning, and overall visual presentation.
• Ensure homes are properly staged and ready for customer visits, photoshoots, and handovers.
• Improve operational processes and staging SOPs for better quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, home staging, or interior project execution.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, space planning, and customer-focused visual presentation.
• Experience in vendor coordination, site execution, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on exposure to tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D rendering platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
