Requirements
- Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and review working drawings, material specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, carpenters, and site supervisors to ensure design intent is executed accurately
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Source and shortlist materials, furniture, lighting, and decor items within budget
- Mentor and guide junior designers/interns on design standards and project protocols
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices relevant to the Mumbai market
