Interior Landscaping Service Lead

Dr. Delphinium is seeking an organized, service-minded, and people-focused leader to oversee our Green Tech Team. This leadership role is responsible for supporting and developing our Interior Landscaping Technicians while ensuring exceptional client experiences and consistent operational execution.

The Interior Landscaping Service Lead serves as the direct leader of the Green Tech Team and works closely with the Operations Manager, Sales team, and other departments to ensure accounts are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to the high standards our clients expect. This role balances employee leadership, scheduling, training, operational coordination, and customer support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, collaborative, and passionate about both people development and horticultural excellence. This person leads by example, supports accountability, and helps create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager.
