Interior Sales Designer (Senior Roles)

Job Description

· Industry/ Organization: Manufacturer (Carpentry, Interior Design & Renovation)

· Position Title: Sales Interior Designer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiry and provide quotation

• Measuring customer site, determining the cost of completion and project requirements.

• Advise and prepare space planning, quotations and schedule to present to customers

• Liaise with customers to understand their renovation preferences and requirements.

• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

• Present 3D perspective drawings to client, and pitch the complete design decisions

• Liaise with designers concerning interior design layouts and drawings standards/details. Identifying and communicating potential problems to the team.

• Work with different stakeholders (ie. customers and contractors/vendors) to coordinate the renovation work.

• Oversee and set a timeline to ensure of smooth completion of the project.

• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

•Manage project renovation sites

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate with mandarin speaking subcons

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

• Independent and able to multi-tasked.

• Good team player

• Strong ownership and proactive in learning

• Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or sketchup

• At least 2 years of relevant local Singapore experience.

• Preferable to speak Mandarin.
