Interiors Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY:
PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the interiors team, including seats, upholstery, soft goods, and installation. On a daily basis, you'll help set priorities, assign work, and ensure the team has what they need to move jobs forward efficiently and correctly.
You'll work closely with the Interiors Manager and other departments to coordinate schedules, adjust labor plans as needed, and keep projects on track. As a key liaison for cross‑functional communication, you'll help resolve issues early and make sure everyone is aligned so aircraft are completed on time.
This role also includes general supervisor responsibilities, including coaching and developing employees, managing performance, reviewing timecards daily, and making sure work orders are accurate and up to date. You'll keep an eye on staffing forecasts and allocate labor based on the schedule and customer demands, stepping in when needed to help the team succeed.
What we're looking for (must‑haves)
- At least 5 years of aviation interiors experience, ideally in a business aviation or MRO environment
- 2 or more years of experience leading or supervising a team
- High school diploma or GED
- A working understanding of interiors processes, materials, and installation standards in an aircraft environment
Nice to have
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- A positive, steady approach to leadership-even when schedules get tight
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Comfort working with schedules, labor planning, and daily operational priorities
This position is a great fit for someone who knows aircraft interiors inside and out and is ready to lead a team while staying connected to the work on the floor.

- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces and in noisy environments

The base hourly range for this role is $38.00 USD - $48.00 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
