Intermediate Cybersecurity Engineers
Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month
About the role
This is a 5-month contractual engagement in a hybrid work environment with a shifting, rotational schedule. The role involves managing and remediating cybersecurity vulnerabilities using specialized tools and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Review and analyze vulnerability scan results from specialized Vulnerability Management tools such as MDE and Kenna
Handle MDE onboarding of all Windows assets
Prioritize vulnerabilities and plan remediation for identified CVEs
Conduct testing and validation of patches before broad deployment to ensure system and application stability
Perform the actual remediation of CVEs in the production environment
Review multiple logs and troubleshoot outdated or non-compliant machines
Raise and coordinate tickets with Microsoft for unhealthy machines that are unable to install or receive patches
Track and report vulnerabilities, remediation progress, and outstanding risks to management
About you
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity
Strong problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to both management and end users
Strong ability to interpret and analyze documents and procedures
