Practice Better seeks an Intermediate DevOps Engineer for its remote-first Engineering team. You will design scalable systems, automate infrastructure, and improve continuous delivery for a SaaS platform. The role partners with Engineering, Product, and Design to address scalability challenges and development bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using infrastructure as code
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines for low-friction releases
- Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and security
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Forecast capacity and scale infrastructure for growing demand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Four to six-plus years in DevOps engineering or similar roles
- DevOps experience at a multi-tenant SaaS company
- Strong scripting, programming, and cloud infrastructure skills
- Experience with AWS, Terraform or OpenTofu, and Docker
