Intermediate full-stack engineer (python / django / react)

We’re working with an established travel company, and they’re looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain reliable, scalable software across its platform.

You’ll write clean, efficient, well-documented code, collaborate closely with product managers, designers and testers, and help uphold quality across the team.

What you’ll do Design, develop and maintain reliable, scalable applications to defined business and user requirements Write clean, efficient, maintainable code to established standards, and take part in code reviews Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, and develop and execute unit, integration and system tests Contribute to architecture and design discussions — system structure, data flow and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take part in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives Mentor junior developers and help improve the team’s standards and tools What you’ll bring 4+ years in software development, with a strong focus on Python, Django and React (Go a plus) Proficiency with SQL, including moderately complex queries Experience with Web / REST / Graph QL APIs and hands-on data modelling Command-line comfort and version control (Git), and familiarity with the application stack (e.g. nginx, uwsgi) Strong testing knowledge (unit, integration, system) and clean, maintainable coding practices Excellent written and verbal communication Experience using AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Gemini, Copilot) in daily development Working model
