Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Build and enhance back-end services and APIs.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Support the deployment and ongoing optimisation of software solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 7 years of solid software development experience.
- Strong experience with at least one of the following technologies:
- Java
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- Python
- Experience in back-end and/or full-stack development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
Advantageous Skills
The following experience will be beneficial:- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- RESTful API design and development
- Version control using Git
- Relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Cloud-native application development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Java Certification will be advantageous.
- AWS Certification will be advantageous.
