The role emphasizes pixel-accurate UI polish, collaboration with Product Designers, and fixing performance issues at scale.

Klipboard is a global, growing business that embraces AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for people who are curious about or fluid with AI, open to change, and excited to learn how technology can improve the way we work and help our customers which is always supported by strong human insight and communication.
Skynamo is a field sales app with a local and international customer base serving thousands of daily active users. We're rebuilding our mobile experience on Flutter, and we're looking for a developer who cares as much about how the app feels as how it works. Someone who can hold the UI voice among their developer peers and push for quality where it's easy to let it slip.
This isn't a role for a Flutter dev who treats UI as someone else's problem. We want a developer who brings a designer's eye to engineering: who notices when an interaction feels off, who can have a productive conversation with our Product Designers about why, and who will fight for the polish that makes a daily-use product genuinely good.
We're looking for someone who wants to work in an environment committed to collective problem solving and a fundamental belief that good ideas come from anywhere. In addition, we would like to learn from your experience and work together to evolve how we approach mobile development at Skynamo. If you are a person who sets out to be learning continuously, looks for those innovative solutions and brings a sense of curiosity to work, this might be just the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a cross functional team of Product Managers, Product Designers, QAs and fellow developers to solve problems for our customers
- Develop, maintain and expand Skynamo's mobile app functionality
- Be the UI voice in your team's engineering conversations, advocating for interaction quality, consistency, and polish
- Address performance problems at scale
- Find and fix software defects
- Design, implement and test in an Agile environment
- Investigate problem areas and provide innovative recommendations for improvement
- Work with the rest of the R&D team to keep improving how we develop, what we develop and why we do so
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience who has a BSc, BEng or similar degree with computer science as a primary focus, or equivalent practical experience, and who has:
- Hands‑on experience working with mobile technologies such as Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective‑C and modern mobile libraries
- A keen eye for intuitive user interfaces and an instinct for when something isn't quite right
- Comfort collaborating closely with Product Designers and translating design intent into pixel‑accurate, performant implementations
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Good communications skills
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, and an interest in how they evolve over time
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools, enough to read specs fluently and have a useful conversation
- Experience with animation, motion, and micro‑interactions in mobile interfaces
- Exposure to accessibility standards and how they apply to mobile
Bringing more than mobile
We don't believe in boxing people into narrow roles. Problems show up in unexpected places, and we want people who'll help solve them wherever they live. If you bring skills beyond mobile, whether that's web frontend, backend, design, data, or something else entirely, we'd love to hear about it. Those skills won't sit idle here.
What You Can Expect From Skynamo
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Being part of a team that has a measurable and direct impact on Skynamo's success across the globe
- A challenging and fun working environment that prioritises learning and development as well as action
- Real influence on what gets built, working as a partner with Product and Design
- Working in cross-functional teams with collective responsibility for delivering value to customers
