Intermediate System Administrator
We are looking for an Intermediate Systems Administrator to provide internal support, helping ensure systems remain secure, reliable, available and well maintained.

What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years' experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Service Engineer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Curious about AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a great user experience.
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with the desire to learn, develop and grow.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while remaining organised and focused.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
