Intermediate Systems Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an Intermediate Systems Administrator to provide internal support, helping ensure systems remain secure, reliable, available and well maintained.
This is a great opportunity for someone with deep Office 365 knowledge, strong customer service instincts and the drive to take ownership, solve problems and keep learning.
You will investigate and resolve technical issues, support users, contribute to continuous improvement, and play an important role in keeping business-critical systems running smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Service Engineer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Curious about AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a great user experience.
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with the desire to learn, develop and grow.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while remaining organised and focused.
