What are your contributions to the team?
- You will review travel expense reports to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policy requirements.
- You will accurately and timely record travel expense reports and receipts.
- You will assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
- You will assist in the preparation of tax return workpapers.
- You will reconcile tax-related accounts.
- You will maintain and update tax files and databases.
- You will track and monitor tax authority requests.
- You will assist with monthly and year-end tax close processes.
- You will provide administrative support to the tax team.
- You will generate and post checks.
- You will perform reconciliations.
- You will provide support with process automation.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of information for monthly and annual closings, as well as in the creation of basic accounting reports.
- You will support Finance purchase order requests and follow-up.
- You will provide assistance in gathering information and documentation for internal and external audits.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You possess knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You have and advanced proficiency level of English
- You have strong teamwork skills.
- You are proactive and able to work independently.
- You demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- You have proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- You show excellent organizational skills.
- You can contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of finance and tax-related processes.
