Please note that this position is specifically intended for students seeking a Polytechnic Internship. Professional Summary: Join us as an Agile Governance & Data Analytics Intern and get hands-on experience in how technology teams deliver work in a clear, structured and data-driven way. In this role, you will support Agile reporting, work with delivery data from tools such as Jira and Excel and help turn information into useful insights for teams. This internship is a good fit for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys working with data and wants to learn how Agile ways of working are used in a real business environment. Responsibilities:•Support the preparation of Agile governance dashboards, reports and simple management updates.•Use Jira, Excel and other reporting tools to organise, check and analyse delivery data.•Help track key Agile delivery measures such as sprint progress, backlog health, cycle time and team capacity.•Identify simple trends or data gaps and share observations that can help teams improve the way they work.•Work with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and technology teams to support workshops, reviews and continuous improvement activities. Requirements:•Education: Currently pursuing a polytechnic diploma in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business or a related field.•Skills: Comfortable working with numbers, Excel and simple data analysis; exposure to Jira, Power BI or similar tools is a plus but not required.•Interest: Keen to learn about Agile ways of working, technology delivery, dashboards and how data can support better decisions.•Mindset: Curious, proactive and open to learning; willing to ask questions, try new things and improve along the way.•Teamwork: Able to communicate clearly, work well with others and contribute positively in a collaborative team environment.<div> </div>
