Intern, Air Freight (3-6 months)

Undertake a short-term attachment to Air Freight Department to learn daily operational work processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work on assigned functional projects
• Undergo on-the-job training (OJT) and track learning progress against OJT plan
• Fulfill daily tasks set out by the immediate supervisor based on department work tasks
• Perform coordination, prepare work documents, spreadsheets and relevant templates
• Perform data entry and analysis

Requirements:

• Post-secondary, specializing in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Basic functional knowledge relevant to scope of work
• Some work experience will be advantageous
• Strong service orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• Good attitude & initiative
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
