Intern - Airfreight Customer Service

Key Responsibilities: Assist with airfreight import and export operational processes, documentation, and system updates; Track shipment status and provide timely updates on transportation progress; Support the preparation of shipping documents, reports, and customer-related materials; Coordinate and communicate with customers, overseas offices, and service providers on daily operational matters; Maintain operational records and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness; Support daily operations in accordance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data to identify process improvement opportunities; Support transportation execution, customer service activities, and operational coordination tasks; Assist in gathering and validating business information required by operational and finance teams; Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain knowledge of international freight forwarding and project logistics; Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
