Open 54d
Greetings for the day

Dear Candidates,

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated interns with a strong foundation in applied mathematics and numerical modeling to support our R&D activities. The role involves developing and validating mathematical models for electro-mechanical systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply mathematical theory to real-world engineering problems and gain hands-on experience in modeling, analysis, and optimization within an industrial R&D environment.

Desired skills & qualifications:

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Applied Mathematics

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop analytical and numerical models for mechanical and electrical systems.

  2. Formulate mathematical relationships for engineering systems

  3. Perform simulations and data analysis using MATLAB

  4. Work closely with R&D engineers to validate theoretical results through experimental data.

  5. Optimize parameters and derive equations for performance prediction and algorithms.

  6. Document derivations, assumptions, and results in technical reports or presentations.

Core competencies:

  • Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, and numerical methods.

  • Familiarity with optimization techniques and data fitting.

  • Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for mathematical computation.

Additional preferences:

  • Knowledge on Python (NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, Matplotlib)

  • Exposure to control theory

What will you gain ?

  • Exposure to industry-grade R&D problem-solving

  • Experience in translating mathematical theory into engineering application
