Key Responsibilities- Support talent acquisition efforts: Posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Contribute to employee relations activities: Including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee development initiatives: Including training programs and performance evaluations
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.
