Job Purpose

Keenai Global is Lighthouse Canton's institutional-grade multi-asset trading platform serving sophisticated investors across Asia. As a MAS-licensed firm, we maintain direct relationships with tier-1 global counterparties, providing clients with seamless access to global markets, structured products, alternatives, and margin financing solutions.

We're seeking an exceptional intern to work directly with our Executive Leadership, Operations, and Technology teams building the analytical infrastructure that tracks our multi-counterparty ecosystem. This role offers rare frontline exposure to institutional finance, counterparty relationship management, and business intelligence working with real P&L data, live trading volumes, and commercial relationships with prominent institutions on the Street.

Key Responsibilities

Counterparty Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain communication channels with trading desks, product specialists, and relationship managers at tier-1 counterparties
  • Coordinate operational queries, product updates, and commercial discussions across asset classes
  • Support onboarding processes and attend counterparty meetings to understand deal flow and market dynamics

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Work with Technology and Operations to extract, transform, and visualize data from multiple trading systems
  • Develop automated reporting on trade volumes, revenue per counterparty, client activity trends, and product penetration
  • Prepare executive presentations synthesizing business performance and strategic recommendations

Product Coverage

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of capabilities across hedge funds, mutual funds, structured products, and fixed income
  • Track new product launches, fee changes, and market developments affecting competitive positioning
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews analyzing counterparty performance and growth opportunities

Requirements

Essential

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
  • Strong academic record with analytical rigor and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging senior professionals at financial institutions
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and wealth management technology
  • Immediate availability for at least 3-month commitment

Preferred

  • Familiarity with financial products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or programming (Python, SQL, R)
  • Prior finance, consulting, or technology internship experience
  • Understanding of institutional custody or trading platforms
