Job Identification
What We Expect
- Support CAPEX project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Assist in managing the plant CAPEX portfolio and budget monitoring.
- Participate in procurement activities, including PR/PO processing and tender administration.
- Analyze plant performance data and prepare reports, presentations, and business cases.
- Support Continuous Improvement and innovation initiatives across the plant.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project implementation and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in project management, CAPEX, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to work with data and perform performance analysis.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Participation in or delivery of university/industry projects related to engineering, process improvement, automation, or innovation.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SAP (PR, PO, procurement processes) will be an advantage.
- Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, or project evaluation is a plus.
What Will Be Considered a Strong Advantage:
- Successful implementation of improvement or innovation projects during studies.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
