To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Food & Beverage Department.
Reporting to the Director of F&B, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Responsibilities
- Manage and process online orders across TikTok, Shopee, Klook, Grab and Oddle.
- Verify order details, payment status, delivery/collection timings and special requests.
- Ensure accurate POS entry, order tracking and timely fulfilment.
- Prepare, organize and maintain order documentation and records.
- Assist with customer collection, including order verification and handover.
- Provide professional customer service, respond to enquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to fulfil customer requests.
- Receive hands-on training and exposure to Catering Sales and event sales for the Hotel’s ballrooms and event spaces.
- Support the Catering Sales team with enquiries, proposals, quotations, client follow-ups and site inspections.
- Assist with daily operations, reporting and record keeping, while adhering to company SOPs, food safety and confidentiality requirements.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
