KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in monitoring capacity, productivity and material usage to support daily operations.
- Support the maintenance of Standard Minute Values (SMVs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
- Work with production and planning teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist in data analysis and the creation of Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Recent graduate or an undergraduate in Physical Science, Information Technology or Apparel and Textile Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Basic knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, including cutting, fabric utilization and industrial engineering concepts, will be an added advantage.
