We're looking for a curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented CX Writer Intern to join our CX team. If you love words, enjoy solving problems from a customer's perspective, and are passionate about creating clear, human-centered content, this internship is for you.
What You'll Do ;
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy across digital customer experiences.
- Create content for websites, apps, emails, SMS, chatbots, and other digital touchpoints.
- Support the development of customer journeys by ensuring content is helpful, consistent, and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, CX Strategists, Researchers, Developers, and Creative teams.
- Assist with content audits and content mapping exercises.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice and accessibility best practices.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and design thinking workshops.
- Learn how content influences customer behavior and overall user experience.
What You'll Need;
- A qualification (or currently studying) in: English/ Journalism/ Communications/ Marketing/ Copywriting Or a related field) .
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and grammar.
- A passion for storytelling and creating customer-first experiences.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback.
- An interest in UX Writing, Content Design, and Customer Experience.
